Don’t Forget: Graduation Party Must-Haves

The “I Did Not Forgot That!” Grad Party Checklist 🎓

Graduation season is a whirlwind. You’ve ordered the cake and sent the invites, but is your backyard actually ready for 50+ people? Avoid the last-minute panic with our “Boring but Essential” checklist:

  • The Seating Gap: A good rule of thumb is to have seating for at least 70% of your peak guest count. If you’re short a few seats, our 6ft folding tables and plastic folding chairs are a lifesaver. Our bar-height tables are a great addition to the back, for those who may have been sitting all day or arrive late.
  • Trash Logistics: Nothing ruins a party vibe like overflowing grocery bags of trash. We offer heavy-duty trash can rentals so you can keep the yard looking sharp until the last guest leaves.
  • The “Gift Drop” Zone: Use several of our gold hexagon shaped tables to hold your guests drinks. Or a longer table with a balloon arch frame, for cards and gifts. This keeps everything organized in one secure spot for your grad!

Local Pick-up: Remember, if you’re in the 85144 zip code, you can swing by and pick up your extra chairs for free!
